These terms and conditions govern the use of Cveloriavexa S.A.'s real estate crowdlending platform. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Definitions
'Platform': The website cveloriavexa.com and any associated applications. 'User': Any person who accesses or uses the Platform. 'Investor': User who participates in the financing of real estate projects. 'Project': Each real estate investment opportunity published on the Platform. 'Developer': Company or person responsible for executing the real estate project.
2. Nature of the service
Cveloriavexa operates a technology platform that connects investors with real estate development projects. We are not a financial institution, bank, or brokerage firm. We do not provide investment advice. Each user is responsible for evaluating risks and making their own investment decisions.
3. Requirements to invest
To participate as an investor you must: Be over 18 years of age. Have legal capacity to contract. Provide truthful and complete information for identity verification. Accept the inherent risk of investments in real estate projects. Declare the lawful origin of the funds to be invested.
4. Investment risks
All investments carry risks. In particular: The invested capital may be lost totally or partially. Projected returns are estimates, not guarantees. Project timelines may extend. Investment liquidity is limited. External factors such as regulatory, economic, or real estate market changes may affect results.
5. User obligations
You agree to: Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Not use the Platform for illegal activities. Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization. Not interfere with the operation of the Platform. Comply with all applicable laws.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (texts, graphics, logos, code) is the property of Cveloriavexa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Cveloriavexa does not guarantee: Uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The accuracy of information provided by third parties. Investment results. The conduct of other users or developers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount of fees actually charged.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
